Purpose and Objective

The primary objectives of the group based on the mission statement is to:

assure continuity of chapter leadership for the long term
share the workload to assure involvement, transition and opportunity
maintain an active interface to the National Organization, Lifetime Care and community organizations
meet the ongoing needs of the chapter
effectively integrate new members

Term

The term of committee members is currently TBD but thinking is that members can serve for 2 years unless requested to serve longer by the Steering Committee and then an extension of one year is to be allowed so that appropriate backfill may be developed.
